Memorial Satilla Health’s Board of Trustees is proud to partner with Okefenokee Alliance for the Homeless (OATH) for the second year in a row to provide services for the homeless in our community. The hospital’s recent donation of $15,300 will further OATH’s efforts to transition their clients out of homelessness and into stable housing.
“As the CEO of this hospital, I firmly believe our commitment to the community extends far beyond our walls. By partnering with OATH, we're not just addressing immediate needs. We're investing in the long-term health and well-being of our society," said Dale Neely, CEO.
“Okefenokee Alliance for the Homeless is grateful to Memorial Satilla Health for supporting its work in serving the homeless. It is only through generosity of patrons like our hospital that we are able to assist some of the most vulnerable people in our community,” said Ken Taft, board chairman for OATH. “Memorial Satilla lives into its motto ‘Care like family.’ Working together, we can make a difference in the lives of others.”
