Walk in My Shoes | Memorial Satilla Health's administration team recently had the pleasure to walk in the shoes of some of our amazing team members.
The leaders presented each colleague with a new pair of orange sneakers to commemorate the shadowing day and recognize these hard working folk.
"Thank you for this incredible insight into what you do and face every day. Your strength, care and compassion is evident in all you do," said CEO Dale Neely.
Walk in My Shoes is an HCA Healthcare initiative that occurs quarterly at Memorial Satilla. Administrators will spend part of a shift with a team member in every department of the hospital before the program is concluded.
