Waycross, GA — Memorial Satilla Health partnered with Ware County Sheriff's Office to participate in the Drug Enforcement Administration’s (DEA) Crush the Crisis Drug Take Back Day October 28, collecting 38 pounds of medication.
"On Drug Take Back day we stand together to promote a safe and responsible approach to managing prescription medications, contributing to a healthier, safer world for all," said Jimmy Godwin, pharmacy director at Memorial Satilla. “Thank you to our law enforcement partners for their support and our community members who dropped off unused and unwanted medication at our drug take back day event.”
